Hey, have you been wondering how I pronounce this silly last name of mine? Well, whenever people ask me, "How do you pronounced that?" I usually tell them I don't.
The truth is, my family "American-ized" the name. It sounds like "Husky"... yes, I pronounce it, "Lusky." I think the actual German pronunciation would be, "LoyshKa," or "LoyShkee."
So, there ya go.
I began doing freelance back in the late 80's doing greeting card lettering. That's when I first started making fonts. I didn't sell any of my fonts back then, instead using them for putting the lettering on greeting cards for my clients.
I actually started selling the fonts online back in 2003. In the meantime, I have been doing other graphic design work as well. Here are few sample of the kinds of things I've worked on.
